Workshops Mine the Potential Hidden in Your Business Are you looking for more productive ways to deal with the challenges your business is facing today? Business productivity and employee welfare are adversely affected by conflict. It's recognized that the current business environments are creating extreme stress, which results in conflict. My 25 years' experience and expertise in stress management tell me that stress reduction is the first, and most important, step in reducing conflict. Companies use consulting and training to improve their businesses, and motivational seminars to increase employee self-esteem, but these methods frequently fall short of the mark because accountability is lacking. Consultants provide companies with reports of what needs to be done, but what does it take to put the suggested changes into place? Trainers come to companies or employees are sent to training sessions and as good as the material is that they learn, it's difficult to implement it into their daily routines. We come back to our offices from motivational seminars feeling really pumped and excited about the changes we see as possible, but then we fall right back into our old habits.
COACHING HOLDS PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE, keeps them on track and helps them stay focused on the goals they want to achieve. We have a vast amount of untapped potential within us and when working with a coach on a weekly basis we set goals that come from us, work for us and finally tap into some of that potential. Like mining for gold, once we start digging, there's no telling what we'll find hidden there. Then, you create the blueprints for the changes you want to make and the roadmap to get you through the maze of implementing these changes. With regular coaching sessions you stay focused, on track and hold yourself accountable, thereby bringing out and benefiting from the gold nuggets, not just dreaming about them. My business clients find that coaching allows them to focus on their goals for at least the 45-minute weekly coaching session, and then it's easy to accomplish what they've clearly designed and concretely put into writing. Discussing their accomplishments in the following session holds them accountable. They also find the tasks, on which they've procrastinated for so long, easier to accomplish when working with someone who's independent of the results. To introduce your business to coaching, why not take advantage of a half-day workshop to Mine the Potential Hidden in your Business. Conducted right at your workplace, wherein your staff will:
Working in a casual, comfortable, confidential and emotionally-safe environment, your staff will feel at ease and be willing to share their ideas, and in a coaching fashion we will freely explore all possibilities. Within a short time following the workshop I will prepare, and submit to you, a report summarizing the results of the brainstorming session with no obligation for any further investment in coaching. However, should you be interested in going forward with any of the changes suggested by your staff, or those of your own, we will explore how coaching can specifically benefit your business. This offer to Mine the Potential Hidden in your Business is being made, for a limited time, at a special rate of only $500 for the half-day workshop and the follow-up written report sent to the business, to a maximum of 10 employees per workshop. (For fewer attendees, call 613-353-9941 to obtain rates.) This workshop will serve to
*Coaching can sustain these benefits. So, if you're interested in sampling coaching without the need for the ongoing commitment, what's stopping you from contacting me right now so we can set up a convenient time to meet at your offices?
